The currently vacant building that stands at 1 Lyon Place in White Plains is being prepped for a total makeover after being acquired by Brooklyn-based investment and developing company, Beitel Group.<\/p><p>Beitel Group hopes that the development will be successful in bringing a refreshing energy to downtown while continuing to honor the hard work of the city\u2019s current residents.
