The mall had opened in 1972 at 200 Hamilton Ave. It was built at a cost of $6 million and had more than three-dozen retail tenants.<span><\/span><\/p><p>&#8230;<\/p><p><span>The plan calls for Hamilton Green to be built as a two-phase project.
